Blackfabric is firmly committed to education and the development of the next generation of engineers. Therefore, it is proud to collaborate with students from three universities on their exciting Formula Student projects.

What is Formula Student?

Formula Student is one of the most prestigious and challenging competition for university students worldwide. Student teams dedicate the entire academic year to design, build, and compete with race cars in a series of international tests. These competitions not only measure speed but also endurance, efficiency, autonomous driving, and vehicle sustainability. Additionally, the teams must create a solid business plan to support their projects, providing them with comprehensive and practical experience in the world of motorsport and engineering.

This year, Blackfabric supports three outstanding teams:

Blackfabric's Support to University Teams

Throughout the academic year, Blackfabric offers its 3K twill 200 gsm and 12K 280 gsm carbon fiber fabrics. Both are consolidated through vacuum infusion, manual lamination, and autoclave processes for the development of key aerodynamic parts of their vehicles.
