Blackfabric could collect the following personal information of the users of Blackfabric’s website through the corresponding forms: name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number and account number, when the user visits the WEBSITE, registers, makes contact with Blackfabric or participates in promotions or surveys of Blackfabric.
