STABILIZED FABRICS
Laminated fabrics are thermoplastic prepregs made by laminating a thermoplastic film onto both sides of the fabric surface. This solution is gighly flexible and easy to manipulate and cut without fraying. It can be stored at normal temperatures without the need for freezing and has no expiration date. At BlackFabric, we can laminate any desired thermoplastic polymer film such as PA, PP, PLA, PVC, and amore. Grammages and thicknesses can be adjusted to personalize the matrix percentarge required in the final composite based on our clients’ application requirements. Once again, Blackfabric can personalize the prepreg to suit any need.
