Laminated fabrics are thermoplastic prepregs made by laminating a thermoplastic film onto the fabric surface on bothsides. This solution is highly flexible and easy to manipulate and cut without fraying. It can be stored at normaltemperatures without the need for freezing and has no expiration date. At Blackfabric, we can laminate any desiredthermoplastic polymer film such as PA, PP, PLA, PVC, and more. Grammages and thicknesses can be adjusted topersonalize the matrix percentage required in the final composite based on our clients’ application requirements.
