Bidirectional fabrics made with flat wide tapes impregnated with thermoplastic polymers. Considered also thermoplasticprepregs, because already incorporate the fiber-matrix needed for being directly consolidated. These fabrics provide anexcellent strength-to-weight ratio, greater impregnation and a smooth surface finish appearance. Blackfabric offers a widerange of spread tow fabrics with carbon, glass, and natural fiber tapes, combined with different matrices such as PA6,PA11, BIOPA, PP, PC, among others.
